Join us in Adelaide / South Australia for a 4-day Seminar:
Designing For Impact:
New Horizons of Well-Being
May 21-24, 2020
Over the last
It is no longer enough to simply measure impact. Rather, you want to make sure you are having more of the right kind of impact where people and the planet are at the center of the economic purpose.
BE IMPACT
Designing For Impact
Join us for a 4-Day in-person seminar and participate in a global movement that builds both the expressive and receptive capacities needed to preserve the wholeness of people and the systems they depend on when most vulnerable.
Together we will explore current trends in the application of integrative principles to the design of whole person/whole systems models that are in step with emerging technologies, shifting demographics and the new economy using the MetaImpact Framework.
This Framework provides an integrated model of the relationship between what we value and the impact we can achieve, and how we measure our impact with a quadruple bottom line of profit, people, planet and purpose within the context of health and aged care. One of the distinguishing features of this Framework is how it integrates all these elements into a very intuitive and easily applied approach.

What Is MetaImpact?
The MetaImpact Framework takes into account multiple perspectives and values and allows us collectively to design Wisdom Economies (i.e., whole-person/whole-system economies). The framework expands the notion of impact by using metrics associated with up to ten types of capital/ values and how those capitals contribute to multiple bottom lines.
Thus, this framework supports you to create thriving organizations, communities, and societies by expanding the notion of impact, capital, and bottom lines and identifying the important ways these aspects are related to each other. Understanding these relationships enables you to design Wisdom Economies that cultivate and track multiple forms of value in a way that preserves the wholeness and wellbeing of people, planet and systems.
At MetaIntegral, we talk about impact in terms of simultaneous shifts across four domains of human experience:
Deep Impact – the transformation of individual hearts and minds
Clear Impact – the transformation of individuals actions and bodies
High Impact – the transformation of systems and environments
Wide Impact – the transformation of relationships and culture

Why Australia?
We decided to host this training in Australia for a number of reasons.
First, we have a growing community of practitioners working with the MetaImpact Framework in Australia so there was natural energy and engagement from them to host the next international seminar.
Second, important things are happening in Australia around health and aged care and it felt timely to host the seminar here so we could leverage the event to contribute to this national conversation.
Third, we feel that we can use Australia as a case study to influence the discussion on health and aged care at an international level. This is a global issue and if we can model in Australia what this can look like the whole world is going to be interested in learning more.
